Description: I am fairly clean, I have a lot of friends so they might show up frequently from time to time but that can be controlled. Also, I am older than most undergrads so I have come to need my privacy and peace and quiet so I can focus. I feel there’s a few things I could say but for now this should suffice and for anything else please contact me.
Preferences in Roommate: Bismillah, First I would like to add that I am looking for somewhere near the Keele campus. I wouldn’t want more than 2 roommates but preferably just 1. I would like a roommate who is a practicing sunni muslim as well (prays 5 times and does not engage in outward acts of haraam that may affect me such as drinking, drugs, or bringing girls to the apartment). I am older than most undergrads so I have come to need my privacy and some peace and quiet when I come home to focus. So I don’t mind company but I do mind loud music and such.

Description: I currently have a place in graduate housing, but I am finding it a bit expensive and would prefer having a roommate (or two) for company. I will have to give 2 months notice to get out of my current lease. My program finishes in April 2012, so I am looking for a place on campus or near transit until then. I am here throughout the summer semester as well as Fall and Winter. As a social work grad student I am studying and doing a practicum off campus most semesters, so I will be on campus half the time and commuting the rest — being close to transit is important.

I am clean, easy to get along with and will have friends over to visit occasionally. I like to do things together to make it more fun for everyone (eg. volunteering, going to events, making dinner, picking up groceries)
Preferences in Roommate: Friendly and social, clean, cooperative, easy to get along with. Must be at least 3rd or 4th year or a grad student. Respects my space and stuff. Looking for at least a two semester lease with own bedroom. Practices Islam (praying, fasting, eating halal, etc).
