Naseeha is a Muslim Youth Helpline service that operates Mondays – Fridays, 6 – 9 PM EST, that offers free, confidential counseling over the phone. The Counselors are trained and all conversations are completely anonymous; they won’t even show up on the phone bill. Any number topics can be discussed from Spirituality to sexual abuse.
