MashAllah this article gives me a lot to reflect upon, I found the ending to be so true to itself, that one has every reason to say Alhamdulilah.

As was the story of Prophet Ayub, who lost so much in his life but still kept his faith in Allah firm, and was eventually rewarded for the trials he overcame for the sake of Allah. We too need to continue thanking Allah for every other thing we have. As long as we have our sight, our smell, our touch, our taste, and our hearing, or even if we have a few of them, or even if we have none of them, but have our lives; it is truly something to thank Allah about and not take for granted.

Very nicely put together thought you have there sister kulsoom. Truly many of us are ungrateful, and this reminder brought me back to reality.
But I don’t quite get the point of the picture? How does it have anything to do with ungrateful :S ?

Can anyone clarify for me

Topic was very much needed, a lot of us forget how much Ar Rahman has blessed us with and continues to bless us with, yet a lot of us remain ungrateful. Allah says ‘O Man!, What has made you careless of your Lord The most Generous?’- Surah Al Infitar. SubhanAllah, what has made us ungrateful? Why do we ignore what we have been given out of Allah’s bounty and take his blessings as insignificant. Take in for example how Allah says ‘Have We not made the earth as a bed, And the mountains as pegs? And We have created you in pairs (male and female, tall and short, good and bad, etc.). And have made your sleep as a thing for rest. And have made the night as a covering (through its darkness), And have made the day for livelihood. And We have built above you seven strong (heavens), And have made (therein) a shining lamp (sun). And have sent down from the rainy clouds abundant water.That We may produce therewith corn and vegetations, And gardens of thick growth.’ Surah An Naba. May we All be amongst those who give thanks to Allah Aza wa jal often. Allahuma Ameen, Ya Rabbil Alameen. Once again, awesomeee article Kulsoom<3 MashAllah, TabarakAllah.

subhanallah so true. so get so caught up with our lives and forget about the small things that matters.. we need to remind out selves that things might never go the way you wanted it to be. so just try your best to get there and leave the reast to Allah. sometimes all we need is a little reminder. mashallah this article is beautiful keep it up :)
